Hiring good employee is always a big challenge and even after an explosion of social media and innovative hiring technologies no one has a perfect answer to this problem.
It becomes even more challenging in a startup environment because you need people who are committed, capable and fit to the culture. While a big company can afford to have a 60-70% match as they have enough human resources to backup but a startup cannot afford people fit lesser than 90% because if one role is played badly, everything else will fall down.There would not be enough number of people to backup each other .One bad employee can actually wreck the ship big time.
